Winter Running

Dear Multi-faith Runners,

I hope you're having a fabulous time on break. I know that some of us are in the middle of snow storms (apparently it snowed in California, too?!?! Emily--I hope it's not too bad in your area); but I hope that we can continue running MRI style as much as possible. We can even do GROUP RUNS, virtually.

Anyone up for virtual buddy runs, too?! ...like we agree on a time to go running at, and kick asphalt wherever we happen to be, but at the same time...?

I'm going running in about an hour. I'm not sure how cold it is in D.C., but I'll find out. I'm looking forward to some winter running fun.

Sorry, I have been missing you guys like crazy and missing our group runs. I was so excited that I wanted to make a public post about it. Okay, see you guys tomorrow at 4pm at Rock arch! Love to you all!
